WHAT WE'RE ABOUT

The East Central District Health Department staff understands that transportation is often a barrier for some families in reaching their health department and Good Neighbor Community Health Center appointments. In order to help reduce this barrier to care we have a van transportation service for your convenience.

SERVICES OFFERED

Van transportation services are available for patients living in Boone, Colfax, Platte and Nance counties who need transportation to their appointment at one of our two facilities in Columbus.

COST OF SERVICES

Patients needing transportation can take the van round trip to and from their appointment for $3.00 in Columbus, $8.00 for all locations in the four county service area outside Columbus.
