Your data will be added to a large statistical database, which will not contain any information identifying you as an individual. The aggregate data will allow the East Central District Health Department to examine information about its four counties (Boone, Nance, Colfax, and Platte). This will be used to develop more programs that help the residents maintain and improve their health.
