Service Sites

The Good Neighbor Community Health Center provides primary care services in the following sites:
  1. GNCHC Clinic Office at 2282 East 32nd Ave in Columbus
  2. Platte County Detention Center
  3. Nursing homes in Boone, Colfax, Platte and Nance Counties
  4. Some services may be provided via Telehealth networking from the main office in Columbus to other sites around Nebraska.

Our Services are for Everyone.

Community Health centers provide health care regardless of your ability to pay and even if you have no health insurance. We have physicians, a psychiatrist, a nurse practitioner and a dentist available to look after your family health needs. We accept all forms of payment including Medicaid and private insurance. Most services are available on a sliding fee scale based on your income with $15.00 as the base charge for a visit with the medical doctor. Fees for dental and mental health vary.
