IMMUNIZATIONS
WHAT WE'RE ABOUT
We provide immunization for children and adults according to the Vaccine For Children program which is approved by the Center for Disease Control and the State of Nebraska Immunization program. Our immunization services start with babies 2 months of age and end at 18 years of age. Adults with infants 6 months to 5 years of age can receive their flu vaccination from October to April from the immunization clinic. To make an appointment, call

SERVICES OFFERED
- Childhood immunizations
- Adult flu vaccine
- Provide printed copies of your child's immunization record as available
- Inform your child's doctor of their updated vaccination record
- Help you locate your child's Nebraska immunization record
- Provide information on vaccine for children
COST OF SERVICES
- $15.00 for administration fee for immunizations for children ages 2 months to 18 years. There is no cost for the vaccine.
- Adult flu vaccine - please call for price of vaccine as it may change from year to year.
- The Vaccine for Children program accepts Medicaid.
- No one will be denied services for inability to pay.
